Versions prior to v3.4x are not eligible for Support Renewal. You must now UPDATE to v3.5x. If your verison 3.4x has already EXPIRED, you may renew it now and be eligible for the no-cost v3.4-to-v3.5 UPDATE without purchasing the UPDATE separately.

Your Renewal will included materials we mail to your library. It consists of a Renewal Key and instructions for its use. If you require the Key in a more timely manner, please call Support [817-346-0928].
